FESTIVITIES, AND GASTRONOMIC DAYS AND FESTIVALS

If we had to choose three representative products of the Tierras del Ebvro region, we would probably talk about olive oil, wine and rice. Around these three products some of the festivities and days with more tradition in this territory have been created.

Those dedicated to oil in winter, those of the wine in autumn and those of the rice in spring, coinciding with the plantada (plantation) and in September with the reaping. But attention, because in recent times many more jave surged! Other products that have created fairs and festivals are the Mediterranean fish and seafood; also the lamb meat or vegetables, such as artichokes.
