The train is a good way to reach the Tierras del Ebro region from any point of the peninsula. The L'Aldea-Amposta-Tortosa Railway Station, located in the what is known as the Mediterranean Corridor, connects with the long and medium range railway lines. There are daily trains connecting Barcelona and Valencia with the Tierras del Ebro region. It should be noted that this station is located away from the town´s center, so it will be necessary to consult the bus schedules or take a taxi to reach the destination. The Regional R16 medium range line also stops at other coastal centers such as l'Ametlla de Mar, L'Ampolla, or in Tortosa, located inland. There is also a train line connecting Tarragona with Zaragoza, crossing different towns of the Ribera d'Ebre, such as Móra la Nova.
Attention! Since November 2016, a Euromed train connects the Tierras del Ebro region with Barcelona from the L'Aldea RENFE station at different daily frequencies.
