HISTORICAL RECREATION FESTS
Are you looking for a way to make a trip to the past and celebrate it between gastronomy, shows and a setting for the occasion? The historical recreation parties have been consolidated in the Terres de l'Ebre region in recent years, and its power of attraction is increasing.
Worthy of note are the Festa del Renaixement (Festival of the Rebirth) of Tortosa, which is normally celebrated on the third weekend of July, and the Festa del Mercat a la Plaça, which revives the traditions of the early 20th century every May in Amposta. The Iberian market of Alcanar and the medieval markets of Ulldecona and Batea transport the visitors to the oldest times.
