It is an anti-aircraft shelter built in Flix during the Spanish Civil War. It is located on Sant Josep Street, and also has an opening to the “Plaza de la Música”. It is a work included in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.

At present, the refuge has been transformed into a museum, with audio-visuals and information panels. The space recovers the historical memory of the different spaces of the Battle of the Ebro Battle and can be visited after appointment with the Town Hall.
