The Passion of La Cava goes back to 1956 and shows 16 scenes of the life and passion of Jesus, with over 80 neighbours taking part as both actors and technicians. The show, the only one in Catalonia that’s based on the text La Divina Tragèdia (The Divine Tragedy) by Jesuit José Julio Martínez, takes place at Saló Parroquial of Sant Miquel church. Make sure you don’t miss the scene that represents the descent from the Cross. Goosebumps!
