PEDALING BESIDE THE RIVER

Setting off from the new bridge over the Ebro the “Pont lo Passador”, this pleasant ride follows the river along the riverbank until it reaches the mouth of the river at Migjorn, close to the “illa de Buda”.
Pont lo Passador gives way to the riverside cycleway along which you can enjoy views of the great river on one side and rice fields on the other. A well kept secret is the magnificent views to be had from the viewing tower “Mirador de Migjorn”.
From here you can also go up river to the tiny village of Balada, placed opposite the island “l’illa de Gràcia”.
