'Coquetes' de Sagí

In some regions they are also known as " coquetes ensaginades " or "corassons". The ingredients are: butter, flour and, in some cases, eggs, which change the texture of the dough, making it drier. They take very different shapes and are sprinkled with sugar once they leave the oven.
