Platja de Migjorn
Platja de Migjorn along with Platja de l'Alfacada and Platja de Buda in the municipality of Sant Jaume d'Enveja (Terres de l'Ebre) are some of the most pristine beaches on the Ebre coast, a fact that can be explained because they can only be visited twice a year, coinciding with the rice harvesting season. Located at the mouth of the River Ebro, opposite Buda Island, Migjorn Beach is an unspoiled paradise popular with nudists.
Before arriving at Platja de Migjorn, we recommend you visit the Migjorn viewpoint, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the Alfacada Lagoon and Buda Island, as well as the numerous bird colonies that inhabit the area. We also recommend a walk through the Finca del Violí, another nature area with different birdwatching points from which you can observe the native fauna and flora.
Platja del Migjorn is also one of the longest beaches in the Terres de l'Ebre. It is more than two and a half kilometres long and an average of 50 m wide with fine golden sand and calm waters. Migjorn also offers different services, such as car parking, a bar-restaurant, showers and portacabin toilets.
