Els Bufadors Beach in El Perelló (Terres de l'Ebre) is located in an area of low rocks area known as the "zone of the bufadors (blowers)" where columns of water emerge from the movement of the sea. It is a natural phenomenon produced by a series of underground tunnels that end in a single hole. When a wave enters these tunnels with force, it projects the compressed air through the hole and a column of water shoots into the air. The rougher the sea, the more spectacular the sight.
