Les Cases d'Alcanar (Montsià) is another village that celebrates a day destined to show the gastronomic qualities of the mussel of the Ebro Delta. Every year, at the end of July, the port precinct of the town welcomes this day where, among other activities, the distribution of hundreds of kilos of steamed mussels to all attendees stands out. The food is accompanied by good wines thanks to the participation of several wineries of the Terra Alta Denomination of Origin. .
