Most bird-watching itineraries are concentrated along the course of the river and also in the lagoons of the Ebro Delta, although there are some mountain routes that also combine the diversity of existing species with the natural and artistic heritage existing in the area very well.

The Sebes Reserve, located in the region of the Ribera d'Ebre, is an important point for birdwatching. In autumn it is an area of an intense migratory passage, strategically located in the course of the Ebro river, where it is possible to observe a great diversity of species. But undoubtedly one of the ones that is present all year round and that captures the attention of photographers and fans of the bird watching is the kingfisher.
