Cala Llobeta
Cala Llobeta is a small cove in L'Ametlla de Mar, in the north of the Terres de l'Ebre. It is rather stony, in contrast to the sandy beaches around it. These characteristics make it a quiet cove with medium occupancy. It is accessible by car or on foot. Its main services include a shower, litter bins and daily cleaning. It is suitable for scuba diving.
Like other stony coves in Ametlla de Mar, such as those of Cementiri and Arandes, Cala Llobeta appears to have been created to complement the softness of the sandy beaches that surround it. It is not very large, some 30 metres wide by 30 metres long.
Cala Llobeta can be reached via the N-340 main road and the Urbanització Calafat residential estate. Exit 39 on the AP-7 Motorway is the closest to the beach. However, the beach is not very well signposted, so it can be difficult to get there by car.
