The “Pi Gros” (Large Pinetree) Is a black pine that has the largest diameter of the Iberian peninsula. It has 4.60 meters of perimeter, a diameter of 1.78 meters and 33 meters of height. It is more than 700 years old. It has lived for so many years because it occupies two farms. The tree was declared monumental by the DARP on December 3rd, 1992.
