MOSTRA FRONT
FRONT, The International Conflict and Peace Film Festival is an itinerant event through various towns in Terres de l'Ebre, where scars of the Battle of the Ebro are especially evident. This event aims to stimulate reflection through cinema, which is why it proposes a selection of films (fiction, non-fiction, animation, etc.) to dialogue between past and present conflicts, near and far.
It has been more than eighty years since the end of the Spanish Civil War, but the conflict is still visible on the facades of houses in many towns, in old trenches scattered across the mountains or in the shelters built in cities. However, the scar is above all emotional: the conflict ended but the debate on collective memory is still alive.
