Cala Ascaret is the most intimate beach in L'Ampolla (Terres de l'Ebre). It is a small refuge made up of several small coves immersed in the surrounding vegetation. You can only reach it on foot. There is a small forest nearby and it is on the GR-92 Mediterranean long-distance footpath. The beach has a rocky surface and there are no services.

There is also a interurban bus service run by Autocars Carrera between El Perelló and Tortosa that will drop you off nearby. The beach can only be reached on foot.
