La Platja del Serrallo or La Platjola in Sant Jaume d'Enveja is the most deserted and unspoiled beach in the Terres de l'Ebre. Don't expect any type of facility here, except for parking and showers, but the feeling of solitude, peace and tranquillity that radiates from this space is priceless. Nudism is usually associated with small, intimate and discreet coves, but Platja del Serrallo is one of the few areas on the entire Catalan coast where naturism can be practiced in completely open spaces.

A pleasant walk connects El Serrallo Beach with Migjorn Beach. Taking this short excursion will help you understand how the Ebro Delta drainage process works by using the discharge gates. Not far away you can also visit and admire the Platjola Lagoon.

Of considerable size (over 3 km long and 100 m wide), El Serrallo Beach borders inland with a landscape of canals, aquifers and wetlands of immense ecological value, while its sandy shore is bathed by the calm, warm waters of the Mediterranean.

Despite being far from the urban centre, El Serrallo Beach is easy to reach by car, on foot or by bicycle, the last of these being one of the most common means of transport in the area.
