Between the end of May and the first of June, according to the year, the Cherry Festival is celebrated in Paüls with the aim of revealing the exquisiteness of the product, given by suitable climatic conditions and the hands and know-how of the peasants, sometimes professionals and other times, amateurs, biy always passionate. Surrounded by a festive atmosphere, in addition to knowing the different varieties and tasting both the cherries and the derived products (cakes, liqueurs, preserves ...) and others like oil, almonds, etc., you can attend book presentations related to the world of nature and plants, demonstrations of different crafts, diverse exhibtions, etc. You may also find popular dishes, `jota´ dances and evenings with dancing and parties.
